She can take a booking, move or reschedule a time, apply a refund or a credit, open more questions, waive a charge for hardship, and settle a concern on the spot without waiting on anyone. Amara, Silas, and Elias all report to her, and she hands work down to them and their nine helpers as the day requires, with no limit on what the circle can carry.

Anything she cannot decide alone, she brings to Prophet O with a clear, human summary and a recommendation, then follows through the moment he answers. Three questions are included after your Word, and Prophet O answers them with you. If you'd like to keep going, you can add three more for $25, as many times as you need.

Do I really have to pay before my Word?+

Yes. Payment reserves Prophet O's time and holds your place. Once your booking is paid, you pick a time and meet with Prophet O, he gives your Word, and then answers the questions you bring.

What can I get counsel about?+

Anything that's weighing on your heart, a decision, a loss, a relationship, a season of doubt, or simply needing to be heard. You'll describe it in about five minutes when you reserve.

How is my payment handled?+

Securely, through Stripe, the same processor trusted by millions of businesses. Card and bank payments are accepted. Prophet O never sees your card details.

Which word should I choose?+

If you have one clear question, a Quick Word is plenty. If there's a story to tell, choose Deeper. For grief or a true crossroads, the Heartfelt Word gives you all the time and tenderness you need.
