1. What we offer

Prophet O provides live, one-on-one spiritual counsel ("a Word") by phone or video, in three depths: Quick, Deeper, and Heartfelt. Sessions include a live conversation and, afterward, three included follow-up questions. Additional questions may be purchased in sets of three.

2. Not medical, legal, or financial advice

Prophet O is a spiritual counselor, not a licensed therapist, doctor, psychologist, attorney, or financial advisor. Nothing said in a session is medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis or a medical emergency, call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, before contacting us.

3. Payment

Every session is paid in full, in advance, through Stripe. Prices are set and enforced on our servers; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. We accept card and bank (ACH) payment. Bank payments may take several business days to clear before your session is confirmed as booked.

4. Scheduling and rescheduling

After payment you'll choose a time through Calendly. You may reschedule from your confirmation up to 24 hours before your session. Rescheduling within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are handled case by case — reach out and we'll do right by you.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full detail. In short: cancelling more than 1 hour before your scheduled time gets an 80% refund; cancelling within 1 hour of your scheduled time is not refundable, since that time is by then fully reserved and can't be offered to anyone else. Outside that window, other refund situations are considered case by case.

6. Assistants

Ruth, Amara, Silas, and Elias are software assistants, not human staff, and they identify themselves as such. They handle scheduling, reminders, intake, and routine questions. Anything they aren't certain of is passed to Prophet O directly, and he answers you himself. Assistants never give health, medical, or crisis guidance — see Section 2.

7. Privacy

What you share is kept confidential. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used.

8. Reviews

If you leave a review, only your first name and last initial are shown publicly, and only with your consent. We do not fabricate or edit reviews.

9. Acceptable use

Sessions are for your own personal counsel. Recording, publishing, or redistributing another guest's session or private communications without consent is not permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prophet O's liability for any claim arising from a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a Word; it is offered as spiritual counsel and prayer, not as professional advice of any kind.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version posted here is the one in effect.
